The first rule of marketing is discoverability. It comes down to this: If they don’t know about your products, services, or YOU, they can’t do business with you. All the work in unique product design, beautiful store fixtures, excellent training, logos and branding mean nothing if you can’t be found. So, how is that accomplished? There are a number of ways, some obvious, some not-so-obvious.
